Tracking updates
Localz (or Track My Operative) gives you updates on your repair as they happen, such as when your repair person will arrive or where they are now.
You can also message them if there's an update or a problem.
To use Localz, you’ll need to:
- give a mobile number when you report a repair
- have a smartphone with internet access
On the day of your repair, you may get a text message with a link that will track when the repair person is going to arrive. The link is safe to click. It will look a bit like this: https://s.localz.io /Islington/tmz1wd.
After the appointment, you can give your feedback in a survey to help us improve our service.
