What happens next
We aim to complete most communal repairs in 20 working days.
If the repair is an emergency, we aim to repair it or make it safe in 2 hours.
We might not complete a repair in 20 working days if:
- it requires leaseholder contributions, leaseholders need to be informed and consulted
- it's already scheduled as part of a works programme
- we need to order special parts, which may take time
- it's a more expensive repair which must go out to tender so we get the best value
Attend an inspection
You can get involved with checking repair standards in communal areas by attending estate inspections.
