Turn your life around with support from Bright Lives coaches
About the service
We know that people can face challenges and obstacles at any stage in their lives which can impact on your ability to cope and manage. The aim of the Bright Lives wellbeing coaching service is to work with you to address issues early on, helping you to move forward with your life.
We do this by providing one-to-one support through an experienced coach who will work with you at your pace to set and achieve realistic goals, helping you to build your resilience and overcome challenges.
We will match you to the right coach and provide a safe and private space for you to meet them. Our coaches will connect you to access other support if you need this so you can make connections and feel confident about the future.;
Who the service is for
The service is suitable for Islington residents over the age of 18 who are:
- feeling overwhelmed by challenges they face, struggling with mental health, wellbeing, or feeling isolated
- willing and committed to working with coaches to improve their life, including attending regular coaching sessions and working towards goals
- not engaged with a statutory service or on the waiting list for urgent clinical support.
If you are in crisis or require urgent mental health support, contact the Islington crisis team instead on 080 0917 3333. Support is available 24/7.
