Important update about community equipment

Provide Care Solutions Ltd (Provide) is our new community equipment provider after NRS Healthcare ended their services. Community equipment includes items like walking sticks, bath lifts, hoists and profiling beds.

Our main concern is always the health and safety of our residents, so while we move to Provide, our temporary services will still make sure support is available to you.

  • Residents who need support, including repairs or equipment collections, call 0300 100 0253. This number is for residents only
  • Prescribers (social workers, occupational therapists) who have any questions or concerns about residents with urgent or critical needs, should email community.equipment@islington.gov.uk

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this change.

Adapting your home

  • contact us for advice about other ways to carry out tasks, with or without special equipment or adaptations
  • ask for support for you or a member of your household
