Partly occupied premises rate relief
In most cases, you must pay Business Rates on a full or partly-occupied non-domestic property.
You must pay full Business Rates if a property is only partly-occupied.
Where a property is partly occupied for a short time, we may award relief for the unoccupied part of the property.
